J.L.C. Air Conditioning L.L.C. (“JLC,” “we,” or “us”) provides residential and light-commercial air conditioning installation, replacement, repair, maintenance, and indoor air quality service in Broward and Miami-Dade counties, Florida, under Florida license CAC1824204.

3. Service requests, estimates, and scheduling

Submitting a request or calling us starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you. Emergency and same-day service depend on technician availability, location, weather, and parts, and are not guaranteed.

Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared and may change if conditions at the property differ. Work is performed under the written estimate, proposal, invoice, or agreement you approve. If those documents conflict with this website, those documents control.

4. Financing

Financing is offered by Synchrony, a third-party lender, subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms. JLC is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Review the lender’s terms before you apply.

5. Permits, warranties, and equipment

The applicable building department sets permit requirements, fees, review times, and inspections. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturers under their own terms and may require registration. Any JLC workmanship warranty is described in your written agreement or invoice.

6. Communications
