What to check before calling for AC service
Confirm the thermostat is set to cool, check whether the filter is heavily restricted, and look for a tripped breaker. Do not repeatedly reset a breaker or open electrical panels. If the system is leaking, frozen, making unusual sounds, or still not cooling, turn it off and call JLC.
